B&M Cards is a small, hand-curated marketplace. The rules below keep it that way. They apply to every member and form part of our Terms of Service.
1. No fraud or misrepresentation
Do not use a stolen payment card, false billing or shipping information, or any other form of payment fraud. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity to gain access, discounts, or favorable treatment.
2. No chargeback abuse
If something is wrong with an order, contact us first. Filing a chargeback to evade payment for a delivered item that was as described is fraud and will result in immediate suspension and referral to law enforcement where warranted.
3. No automated bidding
Use only the bidding tools we provide on the Site, including our built-in proxy max-bid feature. Do not use bots, scripts, browser automation, or third-party sniping services to place bids on your behalf.
4. No scraping or content reuse
Do not scrape, mirror, or systematically download our listings, photographs, or copy. Do not republish our content on third-party marketplaces or training datasets. Linking to a public listing is fine; copying its contents is not.
5. One account per person
You may hold only one B&M Cards account. Do not create additional accounts to evade a suspension, redeem multiple invites, or bid against yourself.
6. No collusive bidding
Do not coordinate with other members to inflate, suppress, or otherwise manipulate auction prices. Shill bidding — bidding with no intent to win in order to drive up the price for another bidder — is strictly prohibited.
7. Respectful communication
Treat our staff with the courtesy you’d expect in return. Threats, harassment, slurs, and abusive language directed at our team or other members are grounds for immediate suspension.
8. Consequences
Violations may result in any combination of: account warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, cancellation of pending orders, and forfeiture of pending bids and offers. We may report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.
9. Reporting violations
If you believe another member has violated this policy, or if you spot suspicious activity on your own account, please write to abuse@bandmcards.com. Reports are reviewed by a human and treated confidentially.
