1. Description-as-stated guarantee
Every card we sell is guaranteed to arrive as described. If a card you receive is materially different from its listing — wrong card, wrong grade, undisclosed damage, counterfeit, or any condition issue we missed — you are entitled to a full refund and a prepaid return label. No restocking fee. No haggling.
2. Return window
You have seven (7) days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. The delivery date shown by USPS tracking is the start of the window.
3. How to request a return
Open the order from your My Orders page and use the Request return button. If you can’t find it, just email support@bandmcards.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. Photos help.
4. Packaging
Return cards in the same protection they arrived in. Graded slabs must be returned in their original case with no tampering — a cracked or swapped slab voids the return. Raw cards should ship in a top-loader or magnetic case inside a rigid mailer.
5. Who pays return shipping
- If we got it wrong (misdescription, wrong card, damaged-by-us, counterfeit), we cover return shipping with a prepaid USPS label.
- If you change your mind (buyer’s remorse, found a better one elsewhere, etc.), you cover return shipping. The card must arrive back in its original condition.
6. Refund timing
Once we receive and verify the return, we issue a refund to the original payment method. Most cardholders see the credit within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Auctions & accepted offers
The same description-as-stated guarantee applies to items won at auction or purchased through an accepted offer. A binding bid or accepted offer does not waive your right to return a misdescribed card.
8. Damaged in transit
If a package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, save all packaging and contact us right away. We’ll help you file a USPS claim and, where appropriate, replace or refund the item independently of the carrier’s decision.
